A Profound Presentation by a Neuroanatomist that Hit Home

If you know me well you know that I am a huge believer in the Power of Now. The Power of Now is a concept - not just a fabulous book by renowned author Eckhart Tolle. The Power of Now is expressed in many profound ways but here is one of my favourite quotes from Power of Now guru Eckhart Tolle:

“There is no salvation in time. You cannot be free in the future. Presence is the key to freedom, so you can only be free now.”
Eckhart Tolle,  from The Power of Now.

I think I have read that book nearly 10 times and I continue to read it regularly - it speaks to me like no other book. Neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor describes the essence of the Power of Now in a manner I have never heard before… from a scientific perspective that many intellectuals might find revealing.
